1. Do you ship outside Germany?
No, at the moment we only ship within Germany. This helps us ensure fast delivery and the best care for your dreamcatcher.
2. How long does delivery take?
After your order is processed (1–3 business days), delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your package is on the way.
3. What are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat shipping rate of €1.99 within Germany. Orders over €50 are shipped for free.
4. How are dreamcatchers packaged?
Each dreamcatcher is carefully wrapped in protective materials and placed in sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transit. We try to use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.
5. Can I return my dreamcatcher?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the dreamcatcher is unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.

6. Are returns free?
If your dreamcatcher arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return costs. For other returns (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Do you make custom dreamcatchers?
Currently, we do not offer custom-made dreamcatchers. However, we are working on adding personalized options in the future.
8. Do dreamcatchers really work?
Dreamcatchers are traditionally believed to filter dreams — allowing good dreams to pass and catching bad dreams in their web. While their effect is symbolic and spiritual, many customers love them for the peace, beauty, and positive energy they bring to a room.
9. How do I care for my dreamcatcher?
- Keep it in a dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Dust gently with a soft brush or dry cloth.
- Avoid washing or soaking it in water.
